Jimmy's Japanese candle journey: from barista to Japanese candle craftsman
Jimmy, who has been a barista in Hong Kong for many years, has a unique sensitivity to taste, temperature and the art of hand-made. By chance, he came across Japanese candles (and candles), and unexpectedly discovered that there were many similarities between candle making and coffee brewing.

Whether it is the roasting of coffee beans or the heating of wax materials, the subtle changes in temperature will directly affect the final effect; and the wrist strength in coffee latte art is surprisingly similar to the hand-kneading craftsmanship of Japanese candles. This coincidence made Jimmy feel a unique connection, and he has been deeply fascinated by the world of Japanese candles ever since.
